How to properly and professionally maintain the chiller？

1. Protection of chiller:

1. Check whether the voltage is normal and there is a phase loss.

2. Check and record the running current.

3. Measure and record whether the high and low pressure and temperature control temperature are normal

4. When the high pressure is 1.5MPa and the low pressure is 0.45MPa4, check whether the chain control circuit device is loose and the chiller is aging.

5. Check whether the oil level and oil temperature are normal.

6. Check the compressor for abnormal sound and vibration.

7. Refrigerant system test.

8. Overall commissioning and testing.

9. Regularly check whether the quality of chilled water and cooling water is normal. When the water quality of the water source becomes dirty and deteriorates, please replace the water source in time.

Two: Maintenance of chiller

It is mainly to clean the panel and the dust filter. Generally, it should be cleaned once a month. The panel can be cleaned with water or neutral detergent. Do not use hot water, gasoline, volatile oil, mixed solvents, friction powder, disinfectants and detergents to wash plastic parts such as panels. The dust filter can filter the dust in the air. If the dust blocks the mesh, the air flow in and out will be reduced and the cooling effect will be reduced. When cleaning the dust filter, first remove the dust filter according to the instructions, scrub it with a soft brush dipped in a neutral detergent, then rinse it with clean water, then dry it with a soft cloth or dry it in a cool place, and finally close it according to the instructions. Put on the dust filter.
